I strive to connect with and understand each person’s unique struggles with anxiety and OCD while leaning on empirically-supported treatments. I like working with anxiety and OCD because I get to balance compassion and empathy with honest and direct feedback to help clients make meaningful changes in their anxiety and OCD.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver and Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. I am currently in my 4th year of the University of Denver’s doctoral program in Clinical Psychology, where I have completed externship rotations at New Start Clinic (Severe and Persistent Mental Illness); Knippenberg, Patterson, Langley, and Associates (KPLA); PFC Floyd K. Lindstrom Outpatient Clinic (Colorado Springs VA), and the Catalyst Center, LLC.

In adventurous moments, I might be skiing somewhere in the Rockies or budget travelling to a new city with my fiancé. The rest of the time, I’ll likely be reading a book, training Jiu-Jitsu, playing video games, or spending time with family.
