My enthusiasm for working with clients struggling with anxiety originated from a graduate class where I learned why anxiety is a very treatable disorder with appropriate help and guidance. Since then, I have dedicated the majority of my time working with clients struggling with anxiety. I want to help my clients be free from unnecessary suffering and live a more effective and meaningful life.

I am an international student from Hong Kong and am a fluent Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking therapist. I am happy to offer our services to Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking clients.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from New York University. I am currently in my fourth year at the University of Denver’s doctoral program in Clinical psychology. I have completed externships at Treatment Evaluation Services, Karis Community, and Asian Pacific Development Center.

In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, volleyball, guitar, and cooking. A perfect Sunday for me would be playing an intense game of volleyball in the morning and spending the rest of the day relaxing and watching my favorite show!
