I enjoy working with anxiety disorders and OCD because the therapy interventions that are used for anxiety and OCD are so effective in helping individuals find freedom so they can live in a way that is meaningful to them. I am continually impressed by the work that my clients do and the significant and meaningful changes that take place in their lives throughout the course of therapy. I find that a collaborative and empathetic approach is crucial for effective work.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Whitman College and am currently in my third year at the University of Denver’s doctoral program in Clinical Psychology. During my time at DU, I have completed externships at the Colorado State Employee Assistance Program (CSEAP) and Progressive Therapy Systems. Additionally, I see clients at the Professional Psychology Clinic at DU.
